What is Fyre Mum?

This prenatal strength and fitness programme is suitable for all mums to be, who are experiencing a normal pregnancy and who want to stay strong, fit and well throughout their pregnancy. You must have got the all-clear to exercise during your pregnancy from your healthcare professionals to take part in this programme.

The workouts are suitable for at-home or in gym training and are safe to begin at any time in your pregnancy. Level 1 is a little more intense and is designed specifically for when you are feeling a bit more energetic in t2. Level 2 we pull the intensity back to make this more suitable for when you are more fatigued, heavier and feeling very pregnant in trimester 3. 30-40 minute follow along videos led by Fyre Mum head coach and pregnancy exercise specialist Emma Dowling.
