How does it work?

At Fyre Training we have Pre-Recorded training programs. Most training programs last a duration of 4 weeks. Upon joining you may select 2 Programs to be uploaded to your app. You can then follow along with our coaches as they lead every workout, just as if they were in the room with you.

Why do I get 2 programs at the one time?

This is to bring more value and to give you a great experience. What we recommend is choosing one main program to follow and then picking a secondary program that you would like to have as back up.
For example; You could choose to follow the Transform Training Program and make that your main priority but also have the Stop, Drop & Flow Yoga program on your app also to complete when you feel like it.
Or you could choose to follow the DB Shred program but also have the Bodyweight program on your app too in case you won’t have access to weights at different times.

Can I change programs/coaches?

We highly recommend being patient & completing your chosen program to get the full benefits & results. However if you really dislike a training methodology or feel you can move onto a tougher level you can reach out to us and we will change your program for you. Upon completion of a program you can contact us and let us know what program you would like to follow next & we will make the change for you.

What Memberships do you offer?

The longer you commit to our membership the more money you save.
Monthly (Every month)

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time by contacting us at support@fyretraining.com. You will continue to have access until your current monthly membership cycle finishes. We require that you give us 72 hours notice prior to your next charge to cancel monthly memberships. If you choose to cancel a quarterly, biannual or yearly membership your membership will end at when your current membership cycle finishes & you will not be charged again & we cannot offer a refund if you finish early.

Do you provide any nutritional support?

Yes, we will work out your current calorie requirements, and also make 3 meal plans for you based on your calorie & dietary requirements. You can then track your calories on the Fyre Training App to keep accountable & also get access to 100’s of recipes pre-logged on our app for you convenience.

What are the workouts like?

Our workouts are designed to be completed in the comfort of your home (we will have a gym option coming soon). We have workouts for every level of fitness & we recommend starting on Level 1 of a program before moving onto Level 2.

Do I need any equipment for the workouts?

It depends on the program you want to follow. For example our Oh, HIIT Bodyweight program requires no Equipment but our DB Shred Program requires dumbbells. In the program descriptions we entail any equipment you will need to successfully follow the program. If you are missing any items feel free to head to our shop where you can pick up some bits at discounted prices.

I am a complete beginner, is this for me?

The Transform Program is literally made for you!! Get stuck into it, have fun and watch yourself change week by week!

What Video Quality Can I expect?

All workouts have been recorded in high resolution 4k video. This ensures the best experience and consistent quality across all programs

Where do I follow the workouts?

After you sign up, you will receive a link to download the FyreTraining app. This is where your programs will be uploaded & you can you follow your program at your own pace. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your program to be uploaded after your initial sign up.
