Hi guys! I’m Joanne, I’m a mammy to my little boy Oliver. I started wanting to look after myself back in 2019. I became obsessed with fitness. I had a SASI bypass in February 2022 to help me lose weight. Currently I am working out 4-5 times a week. I use my social media to help inspire other people and help them achieve their goals. For the future I want to create a bigger platform for people to embrace their bodies, have fun working out and truly fall in love with themselves again.

What is the Transform Program?

Whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or getting back into fitness after some time off, “Transform” is the program for you. This program starts by focusing on the basics and builds you up over time!

Joanne & her coach Paul, will guide you through 3 workouts & 1 stretch session per week (workouts are 20-25 mins long). Learn the fundamentals to moving safely & correctly while also losing fat, getting stronger & having fun. Move through our levels and follow a progressive program which will keep you challenged and moving the right direction.
