Yoga

The Sanskrit meaning of yoga is “union”, and that’s exactly what Julie aims to achieve with her sessions — a balance between mind and body. These classes focus on strong foundations, flexibility and breathwork, and are suitable for all levels from beginner to expert.

About Julie Milen

Head Coach of Stop, Drop & Flow Program

Hey, my name is Julie, I’m a Yoga teacher and Wellness Consultant based in Dublin. I teach a wide variety of classes from power to pregnancy yoga, meditation to mindfulness but my core mission remains the same – to help people feel better about themselves through movement and discovering the power of your breath.

In my former life I worked as a Sales Director in London before returning home in 2016, hanging up my suits & stilettos and turning to teaching full time. Finding balance has never come easy to me – in fact I was dragged along to my first yoga class on the promise of a glass of wine after. I had no interest in it at all but I was really surprised at how physically and mentally challenging I found that first class. I fell in love with the practice and have travelled all over the world training in many different disciplines and bring this experience to the mat for every class I teach.

Now I firmly believe yoga is for everyone – It’s all about finding the right class and the right teacher – there are so many different types of yoga so it’s important to try a few out to find what works for you.

What is the Stop, Drop & Flow Program?

This yoga programme is suitable for all levels- whether you have never stepped on a mat before or dip in and out of a regular practice this course is designed to give you strong foundations, build your overall strength, increase your flexibility and help you to learn how to use your body better.

The goal for this programme is to get you feeling better about yourself, through movement and breathwork, helping you to get out of your head and into your body.
