This prenatal strength and yoga programme is suitable for all mums to be, who are experiencing a normal pregnancy and who want to stay strong, fit and well throughout their pregnancy. You must have got the all-clear to exercise during your pregnancy from your healthcare professionals to take part in this programme.
Each week consists of 2 x workouts with coach & pregnancy specialist Emma Dowling & 1 x Yoga Session with Julie Millen. Making a total of 3 sessions per week.
The workouts are suitable for at-home or in gym training and are safe to begin at any time in your pregnancy. Level 1 is a little more intense and is designed specifically for when you are feeling a bit more energetic in t2.
